The Bent Moustache is van oorsprong een Britse band, maar gevestigd in Nederland. De band is een doorstart van het door Ajay Saggar opgerichte Donkey en heeft in die tussentijd al meerdere bezettingswisselingen ondergaan. Na het in 2007 uitgebrachte Forst wordt dit jaar het nieuwe album Pastures New Seasons Turn gereleased. Het is wel duidelijk dat qua naamkeuze de band geen tekort aan inspiratie heeft. In het album zelf uit deze inspiratie zich voornamelijk in afwisseling.
