Figueira da Foz and Porto
-
In September I was in Portugal for a week for a wedding of friends. I drove for a couple of days from Lisbon along the coast to Porto. Here and there I took some photos, like in Figueira da Foz and Porto.
Figueira da Foz is a harbour town at the mouth of the Mondego river, halfway Lisbon and Porto. I took some photos in the harbour and at the boulevard at the beach. In Porto, the second city of the country, I took some shots of the, offcourse, famous Dom Luis I bridge. The bridge is completely made of steel and designed by Théophile Seyrig, an old employee of Gustave Eiffel.
I took shots with my Canon Ixus as well as with my 400D. For the post processing of the RAW photos I used the Canon Photo Tools.
